Tring 'New Singaporean' cuisines for the first time. Labyrinth is a One-Michelin star-awarded restaurant serving Singaporean hawker fare with a modern twist. I noticed most local food never exceeds $10. But my question is... can Singaporean cuisine actually charge much higher? Today, we find out by trying the pioneer of modern Singaporean cuisines.

*Noda chef's Singaporean cuisines are only available from Jan-Mar 2025.
* menu at fifty two seats of happiness changes every 3 months (depending on the month, cuisines may be Italian, French, Japanese etc)
Noda-san is the director of one-michelin-starred restaurant, nôl. He was appointed to create the menu for the special 'Singapore Train' available from Jan-Mar 2025. However, he has never been to Singapore. And that's why I showed him around all the hawker centers and try 'new' Singaporean cuisines at Labyrinth.
