In this video, I get a comprehensive blood analysis taken to figure out what is really going on in my body!
I go to Next Health, a health optimization center that utilizes all of the latest technology and innovation in health and wellness to help people achieve optimal health and wellbeing.
I meet with the Director of Nursing at Next Health, Megan Retterath, NP to go over my bloodwork results and come up with a game plan to help me improve areas of my health and bloodwork that need some attention.
We look at my hormone health, vitamin B12, vitamin D, cholesterol, and so much more!
After diving deep into what is happening in my blood, I follow a four-month game plan to improve all of my levels including:
- IV therapy
- vitamin injections
- supplements
- sleep improvement
- stress reduction
- diet change through increasing healthy fats
What I love about this plan and Next Health overall, is they do such an amazing job of combining the latest technology and innovation in health and wellness with the basics and fundamentals of health to create a totally holistic game plan and approach to health optimization. Next Health recognizes the importance of the mind, body connection and incorporates this into everything they do!
