I tested this 3-piece ice pack wrap set geni.us/A9ASmSz (Amazon affiliate link) and I’ve been really happy with it for sore muscles after working out. The two gel ice packs are about 12 x 6 inches, and I love that the gel stays flexible even when frozen so it can actually form around your body instead of feeling like a hard block of ice. The included sleeve has a built-in adjustable strap, and you also get two extra extender straps, which is especially helpful if you need a little more length. My only complaint is that the Velcro can be pretty itchy if it touches your skin, so you definitely want to make sure it’s positioned correctly. You can also heat the packs in the microwave, but I personally prefer cold therapy. Overall, this is a great option if you’re looking for a large, flexible ice pack wrap for at-home recovery.
