I recently picked up a brand-new MacBook Pro Max, so protecting it was definitely a priority, and I decided to try the tomtoc 16-inch laptop case. geni.us/TomtocCase (Amazon affiliate link) What I really love about this case is that I can fully open it while my laptop is still inside, so I can actually use my MacBook without having to remove it from the case. It has plenty of padding, a soft velvet lining, a security strap to keep the laptop securely in place, and a zipper that opens completely around the case so I don't have to worry about scratching my laptop when putting it inside. There's also a convenient exterior pocket for accessories, and it easily fits the 140W MacBook charger and MagSafe cable. The leather-style handle is another nice touch, and overall I’m really happy with this case and feel much better knowing my expensive MacBook is protected.
