Why is Radiant Dawn one of the hardest Fire Emblem games for which to plan a low turncount playthrough? It's because of the Part 4 route split.
This is a tough decision in the best of times, but doing it with incredibly lackluster 0% growths shitters turns the difficulty up to 11. Every choice matters.

This is chapter 4-4 of my FE10 HM 0% growths playthrough, commentated by Mekkah and me. It is completed in 4 turns. Janaff gains 3 WEXP and ends the chapter at SS strike.
While I copped out of doing math in 4-3, 4-4 is much more amenable to calculation because the RNG instances are much fewer. Its pretty much just Ikes first enemy phase where he has to enter Resolve HP, survive, and avoid Aether activations for a few fights. There are 2 major scenarios, one for whats shown in the video, and the other for if Ike got crit down to 8 HP.
For the scenario shown in the video, Ike must not proc a 14% Aether activation on 5 straight attacks, or 0.86^5= 47.0%. Doubling the general who attacks him last is helpful, but optional.
For the scenario where Ike got crit, Kieran would finish off the swordmaster while performing his trade with Ike, so Ike must not proc a 14% Aether activation on only 4 straight attacks, or 0.86^4 = 54.7%. In this situation, Jill would move Soren in support range of Ike, which would reduce the warriors hit rates to around 6. The general actually cannot finish off Ike from 8 HP.
Later in the chapter, when Ike must survive a few sages, their hit rates are slightly higher - somewhere in the 15-18 range. He does finally return to neutral biorhythm on turn 4 EP, which helps him to dodge.
Stat checks in 4-4:
Halberdier L10: Rolls 23 def instead of 24 def - pretty likely (and not strictly required)
Sniper L11: Rolls 22 def instead of 23 def - somewhat likely (and not strictly required)
Swordmaster L11: Rolls 31 spd instead of 30 spd - pretty likely
Warrior L11: Rolls 52 HP or 21 def - very unlikely
(Only one of the next two enemies needs to roll their stat check)
Thunder sage L10: Rolls 40 HP or 16 def - very likely
Wind sage L10: Rolls 40 HP or 16 def - very likely")
