In this week's project, my great friend Mike Waldt is the inspiration behind the wood turning project, and it is in the form of his greatest love - a goblet. Or, more accurately, a chalice, as I know he likes these too

Turned out of beech with a flame burned cup, this goblet was a pleasure to turn, in more ways than one.
