I'm incredibly excited to finally share this news!
At the X Party, I had the chance to talk with the amazing pixel artist Joachim Ljunggren, known as The Sarge. During our conversation, he asked if I would be interested in joining the team behind the Commodore 64 version of The Secret of Monkey Island, based on my previous Monkey Island-related work.
Of course, I didn't have to think twice.
So here I am: I have officially joined the project and will be responsible for the music and ambient sound design. As a lifelong fan of Monkey Island, this is a dream opportunity and one of the most exciting projects I have ever been involved with.
I can't wait to help bring the world of Melee Island to life on the Commodore 64 with SID music, atmospheric soundscapes, and plenty of pirate vibes.
