This ride was along time coming. I had set out to it on a few occasions previously, but failed to even start each due to various reasons.

This time though, everything fell into place and it was all systems go. Unfortunately, I managed to mess up my navigation during the ride and ended up making a bit of a wrong turn which led to some inadvertent freeride.

Despite this error, the ride finished well and on a good path. I'm keen to make a return and find out what the top section is like.
