Upon getting my new Deviate Kurgan, I was keen to race it. The first race that I could make it to was at Tarland. A fast, smooth and flowing destination, not the ideal venue for a hard hitting enduro e-bike. That didn't stop me from entering though, and I went ahead with it. long story short, it was surprisingly fun and enjoyable all the same. I actually finished closer to the lead than in any other enduro I've entered to this date too.
