I decided to edit some more of Mario Kart DS's music that I converted to MIDI a while back with VGMTrans, most of which are the game's retro grand prix tracks. GCN Luigi Circuit uses two samples for the whistle instrument, with one sounding like a slide was baked into the sample itself while the other didn't. Unlike the chord stabs in Mushroom Ridge, I wasn't able to approximate the slide for the whistle, so I had that sliding sample play at the correct notes in the converted MIDI. The instruments in Yoshi Falls were interesting. The "bass" in the song is actually two percussion samples that's being played like a bass instrument, and the drums are similar to what was used in Desert Hills. For the converted MIDI, I ended up correcting the bass notes and improvising the percussion (though one of the instruments I used for the bass will sound off if played with another soundfont). As I've said in a previous video, these definitely won't get accepted to VGMusic.org since they were converted from Nintendo DS 2SF files and then heavily altered afterwards, though I have no interest in submitting to that site anyway.
Songs were originally composed by Shinobu Tanaka, Kenta Nagata, Soyo Oka, Kenichi Nishimaki, Masanobu Matsunga, and Minako Hamano.
Soundfont used: GeneralUserGS by S. Christian Collins, played via VirtualMIDISynth.

![Spades Archive Tunes - The Pre-Chiptune Collection (2014-2017) Part 3
In part 1, I previously mentioned in the description that I had lost access to some songs due to an app expecting me to pay the instrument packs I used for the songs. I got access to them now. All I had to do was go to the Apple website and change my Apple ID, and then go into the app and select the Restore Purchases option. My Apple ID was previously connected to a Yahoo account that I have since deleted, so that might have been why I didnt have access to them for a while. So, I decided to do part 3 of my pre-chiptune collection. I also decided to include some songs that I forgot to put in part 1 and 2. Not a lot here, but at least I can say that I now shared my full catalog of my old non-chiptune songs from 2014-2017.
Additional notes about some of the songs posted in the pinned comment.
