For the last episode of this 6-day journey, I head to Highlands Ranch, Colorado, to take on Taste Of Philly's "Apollo" Cheesesteak Sandwich Food Challenge. But today, I want to see if I can double it, making today a 10-pound challenge! The "Apollo" challenge consists of a 20" roll loaded with 44oz of meat, 18oz of cheese, and a half pound of onions. If you can finish all the food in 1 hour, you'll get the $45 meal free and a t-shirt.
