For my second episode here in Wisconsin, I’m in the city of Milwaukee at Ward’s House of Prime, taking on one of the biggest food challenges I’ve ever attempted, their massive 216 oz Prime Rib Challenge!
Ward’s House of Prime is a well-known steakhouse that specializes in high-quality prime rib and classic steakhouse favorites. It’s a go-to spot for special occasions, date nights, and business dinners, offering an upscale yet relaxed atmosphere with great service and a strong reputation for perfectly cooked beef. Along with their signature prime rib, they serve a wide variety of dishes including seafood, chicken, and an impressive selection of wines and whiskeys to pair with your meal. If you’re in the Milwaukee area, I highly recommend checking this place out, you definitely won’t regret it!
The challenge here is a unique one. You can order any size prime rib starting at 40 oz (bone included) all the way up to 216 oz in 8 oz increments. As long as you finish your meal in one sitting, you’ll earn a spot on the Wall of Fame. But to get the meal for free, you have to beat the current top record by 8 oz. Right now, @RandySantel holds that record at 208 oz, so for me, that means taking on a 216 oz prime rib. And here’s the really cool part, if I finish it all, not only do I get the meal free, but I’ll also earn a caricature image of myself added to the Wall of Fame as the new record holder!
