In recent months and years I've been feeling a little stuck. Any and all attempts to improve videos and push for growth seem futile and can't really stop the slow but steady decline in numbers and revenue. Of course with a smaller budget comes less potential for projects with any significant expenses, which I'm sure doesn't impove the situation.
So instead of just stubbornly grinding and treading water I figured I should ask for feedback and support.
