For many years I've wanted to try out G Scale garden railroading but never had the yard to do so until nine months ago when I finally got my own place.
Ever since then there has been lots of planning on what sort of outdoor layout I wanted to create. Part of the vision was to have one of my favourite locomotives - a BNSF dash 9 with a Heritage II paint scheme.
After some searching I eventually found and purchased one off eBay. The locomotive needed some extra effort to get it working on the current track work however it all went together quite well.
