In the spring of 2014, Bill & Gloria Gaither came here to our farm and we spent the afternoon looking around the garden and sharing stories and songs from our Country Classics album. This one was of course, originally recorded by one of my heroes, Don Williams. A year or two before this interview, Joey and I were blessed to get to tour and play a number of shows with Don throughout Texas and the midwest. After opening each show, we would spend the rest of the evenings sitting on the side of the stage, watching and listening to the Gentle Giant. He was a man of few words, and just as humble as he was talented. - rory
