A LITTLE CHANGE - Bradley Walker (2008)
“In 2008, my 70-something-year-old neighbor Jack Grose rode to downtown Nashville with me to be part of making my dear friend Bradley Walker’s very first music video. I wrote and directed, Micah Ginn borrowed a video camera from the college in MS that he worked for at the time, and Joey and our middle-daughter Hopie helped run the boom box so Bradley and Carl Jackson could sing and play along with the record.
‘A Little Change’ was an album cut on Bradley’s first bluegrass album ‘Highway Of Dreams’, released long before he became a part of the Brothers of the Heart gospel supergroup and a staple of Gaither’s homecoming videos.
Our hope at the time was that the world might discover how special Bradley was, as a singer and as a person, and that it might help propel him on to bigger and better things. Although not many people ever saw this music video, it was a our inexperienced, yet hopeful, attempt to first showcase Bradley’s musical gifting and his precious story.
Ol’ man Jack passed away a few years after making this, so it’s also incredible special to have this video to forever remember him too.” - Rory
