Hey guys! We finally finished the van’s kitchen remodel! What we thought would be a snappy two week project turned into a month-long renovation that almost claimed Julie’s thumb!
But we’re thrilled to show off our new propane stove/oven range and a front loading fridge, complete with proper ventilation this time and a propane/CO2 detector. We also fashioned ourselves one MEGA drawer and of course, a new handcrafted skateboard countertop! This time we gave the countertop a few Tung oil baths before a final Poly coat to see if it will better prevent cracking along the edge-glued pine. We’ll see!
