In the spirit of being prepared and understanding what the car can do at the low end of the battery capacity, I am taking the last 12% of battery capacity on a ride. The idea is to drive until the infamous turtle mode kicks in, and it's time to bail out. We then look at how much we have driven, whether there is any state of charge left in the battery, and how much energy we have used up to that turtle mode point. does the car slow down, can you still drive to a charging point?
