Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the pack! In today’s vlog, we are getting into the full holiday spirit, starting with some delicious baking. We whipped up some peppermint punch cookies (and some non-peppermint ones for Jamie!) before heading over to decorate Christmas cookies with the kids. It was a sweet start to a very busy day, but things got a little slippery when we realized our yard had turned into a dangerous sheet of ice! We had to get creative with some frozen sand to make sure Memphis, Kira, and Eleanor could walk safely.
The real fun began when we attempted some DIY dog photoshoots for our Christmas card! We tried the viral wrapping paper wall trend where the Siberian Huskies have to burst through the paper for the perfect shot. Memphis took a couple of tries, but the girls did such a great job! We also attempted the viral candy cane photoshoot, which was a bit more chaotic than we expected. It takes a lot of patience and treats to get three dogs to pose perfectly, but we made some amazing memories in the process.
To end the night, we had a magical surprise when Christmas carolers showed up right outside our front door! It was the perfect ending to a festive day. We hope you guys had a wonderful Christmas surrounded by family and friends. We are so happy to share our holiday chaos and joy with you. Life is short, make memories with your dogs!
