Category 5 Hurricane Otis has made landfall near Acapulco, Mexico, with 165mph sustained winds. Its extreme winds, torrential rain and storm surge will bring catastrophic damage. The hurricane will quickly weaken as it heads inland, but still cause heavy rain and flooding.
