Hurricane Beryl is the earliest category 4 hurricane on record in the Atlantic Ocean. It is heading for the Windward Islands in the eastern Caribbean, where damaging winds, heavy rain, flooding and life-threatening storm surges are expected from early Monday morning. According to the National Hurricane Center, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Grenada are at highest risk from the core of the hurricane.
