Willie’s Remedy is a THC social tonic, not alcohol. In this video, I’m using it as a base spirit to make three classic cocktails.

Drink 1: Shotgun Willie’s Margarita (03:08)

Muddled Jalapeño slices
1.5 oz / 45 ml Willie’s Remedy
.75 oz / 22 ml Orange Pineapple juice
1 oz / 30 ml Lime juice
1 oz / 30 ml Agave nectar ( amzn.to/48AIaKf )
Muddle the jalapeño slices in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and ice, then shake briefly. Open pour into a Tajín-rimmed glass and garnish with a lime wheel and a jalapeño slice.

Drink 2: Blue Eyes Crying in the Fizz (04:55)

1.5 oz / 45 ml Willie’s Remedy
.5 oz / 15 ml Lemon juice
.5 oz / 15 ml Lime juice
1 oz / 30 ml Vanilla syrup
1 oz / 30 ml Heavy cream
Orange flower water
Egg white
top with club soda or something carbonated
Dry shake everything except the soda. Shake again with ice, then strain into a glass and top with club soda or another carbonated beverage.

1.5 oz / 45 ml Willie’s Remedy
.75 oz / 22 ml N/A triple sec
.75 oz / 22 ml Lime juice
.5 oz / 15 ml Cranberry juice cocktail
Shake with ice and double strain into a coupe or martini glass.
This is my first Dry January, and I’m allowing THC drinks, so I wanted to show how Willie’s Remedy performs both on its own and in mixed drinks.
I also talk briefly about THC drink legislation, whether THC drinks are going to be banned, and why I think we’ll see more regulation rather than these products disappearing altogether.
