Mojito Recipe
2 oz. / 60 ml White rum
1 oz. / 30 ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
1 oz. / 30 ml Cucumber Mint Syrup or Simple Syrup
10-12 mint leaves, plus a sprig for garnish
Club Soda to top the drink
Build in glass. Combine rum, lime juice and simple syrup. Drop in the loose mint leaves and gently muddle. Stir with ice and top off with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
