Bethany Zelent is a Certified Canadian Counsellor with over 11 years of experience in psychotherapy and education. She specializes in trauma recovery, somatic practices, shadow work, and spiritually integrative therapy. Passionate about guiding clients toward deeper understanding of themselves, others, and the world, Bethany combines compassionate care with practical strategies to help individuals build resilience, foster self-compassion, and navigate life’s transitions.
