Victoria Moore is the Dean of Students, Health and Wellness Counselor, and Faculty at Ubiquity University. Victoria is a life-long social and political activist with involvement with African-American civil rights, women’s rights, anti-war activism, and environmental movements. She has dedicated much of her life and career to helping both disadvantaged and disabled populations. Victoria is a psychotherapist and a psychological and educational consultant. Victoria taught at The University of Virginia, Old Dominion University; Virginia Commonwealth University, and other institutions of higher learning in the areas of clinical psychology, counseling, psychology, and education. Victoria served on the staff of three hospitals as a psychotherapist or head of counseling. Through her consulting firm, Helix Concepts, Victoria tackled issues of child abuse, trauma, personality disorders, and PTSD for school systems, court systems, and mental health and social services organizations. Victoria consulted for the government of Poland as a member of their ABCXXI Child Awareness Program. Victoria is the founder and director of The Wild Blue Heron Center, providing nature-based programs, transformational events, courses, groups, and psychotherapy. As a Certified Eco-Spiritual Mentor, Victoria aids the development and strengthening of life-affirming resilient communities, and in bringing harmony, beauty, balance and peace into our Sacred world. Victoria holds a B.A. from The George Washington University, and an M.Ed. in Counseling from The University of Virginia. She is a PhD. candidate in Wisdom Studies at The Wisdom School of Graduate Studies of Ubiquity University.
