Here we some of the evidence in the James Huffman Trial. The screen is of the projector as they go through looking at some of the physical evidence.
I notice that they never really say anything about any of it.
Edison Banks only asks them about identification of the objects.
The Witness did not have any details of the case other than he documented and took photographs of the evidence.
He didn't even know one of the defendants name confidently.
He has zero case knowledge so I am not quite sure what Banks was doin other than put on a show other than just simply showing the evidence photos to the jury.
Why was he even asking this guy questions?
He didn't know ANYTHING.
Banks even corrects the witness on his wrong identification of an object.
