Happy Birthday HTTYD2014!! I believe I've already told the tale once before about our friendship, how/where it started, the way its grown and formed a special Circle of friends.
Though hes not only a wonderful, rare friend in this world, but once more, he is an exceptionally gifted editor with a very versatile style all his own! From intensely epic and motivating, to slower uplifting instrumentals! From fun n upbeat to classic, hit songs, and is also the King of mock trailers around here! With also a most unique, clever eye for finding the right expressions of each character to fit right along with the music, and lip/syncing in his trailers! Each of his vids have been a special inspiration to me; going as far as giving me motivation for some of my vids I might never would have made! So this is a collection of highlights from many of my favorite vids/trailers/collabs hes made! (Some even twice! ;)

Last year, he made me a similar vid for my birthday that really made me feel special, so this year, on your B-day my friend, I want to respectfully return the gift! Hope you enjoy it as much as I did, HTTYD2014!

*UPDATE* My fingers are no longer crossed! He loves it and his favorite transition-3:45.

Apologies its sooo long! I just couldn't bring myself to shorten the highlights any further, and I still did not get in all of them!

I'll have you know I felt such an uneasiness working with someone else' vids, but just so you know, HD14, they were treated with up most respect and handled as if I were arranging fine china!

I came up with several creative ideas for this to add in I thought, like organizing into categories and having intros before some listing the "specs" (or achievements), and adding titles on each song. I debated on this for the longest, but I kept feeling it was wrong to put anything on your vids. Plus I couldn't figure out if it was a friendly addition you would like. As you can see, I left the first four in though to I guess compromise and go with the intros (Plus I suppose I was curious to what you would think in the first place)

Anyway I had the BEST time editing this together and loved every minute of it; plus getting to dissect your vids and organize them in many different patterns xD What a fun treat to make, hehe! I went with the random approach like you did, but I did arrange a few that went together in some special way you might notice. (Part of the fun was seeing what you put next however long or short ;) Though I did come up with some rather interesting paralleling transition in there if you can see them (;

You may be wondering where the "Crowning achievement" was, but I figured since we are all constantly trying to out do ourselves from our previous works, there are many of them and more to come in the future! Though I did give somewhat of a transitional hint of one at 3:45 *winks*
