The XP Power HRL30 Series 30 W High-Voltage DC/DC Converters is a family of regulated high-voltage DC/DC modules providing 200 V to 6 kV outputs from a +24 V (22–30 V) input in a baseplate-cooled package. Capabilities include constant-voltage/constant-current operation with automatic crossover, 0-100% programmable setpoints, voltage and current monitor outputs, and an onboard 5 V reference. The converters reach efficiencies ⋗ 85% with ripple ⋖ 0.01% and incorporate arc, overload, short-circuit, and thermal protection, supporting operation from -40°C to +70°C. Typical uses include mass spectrometry, electrostatic chucks, and detector front ends.
