In this video, I take an old HPC 1200 key code cutting machine that is completely out of calibration and bring it back to proper working order.

Nothing is cutting correctly — depth, spacing, and alignment are all off — so I walk through how to check, adjust, and correct the calibration step by step. This is the exact process I use as a working locksmith to restore accuracy on a worn or neglected HPC 1200.
