Continuing the Howdens paint-to-order kitchen installation, this video shows the next stage of the fitment process including plumbing preparation, unit alignment, and practical use of space plugs when installing kitchen cabinets.

Before continuing with the cabinet installation, I prepare the area for the plumber to complete the necessary pipework. Once that’s done, I move on with positioning and aligning the units, demonstrating a handy tool I use to move kitchen cabinets around safely and efficiently.

I also go through the process of aligning the units before final fixing, fitting the corner post, re-measuring to ensure a precise fit, and using space plugs in a practical installation scenario. Finally, I discuss what the next steps will be in the upcoming stage of the kitchen installation.
