The A-B-A multilayer blown film line consists of two extruders, which means when producing the plastic film, the producers can put different materials in the A and B layers, When producing garbage bags, one of the typical formulations involves using 10% of raw materials in the outer (A Layers) and 80% of recycled materials in the inner layer (B).

One of the advantages of the multilayer is enhanced film strength and improved film durability, making this plastic film more resistant to tearing and punctures. Another advantage of the 3-layer plastic film is the diversify using. It finds applications in packaging, including food of bags, shrink film, or protective films.

All the machines can be customized by the production demands, whether you want to start your business or replace the old machines, POLYSTAR can provide the best solution that meets the producing standard.
