When it comes to production lines, there might be some production wastes generated while manufacturing, those industrial plastic waste can be recycled to produce new plastic products,
such as injection molding or garbage bag making. In this way, the production cost won't end in the landfill and the production cost can be also reduced.
In order to remain the quality of recycled pellets and reduce material degradation, our plastic pelletizing machine (Repro-Flex Plus two-stage recycling machine) adds additional third degassing and second filtration systems in the second stage to reduce the inks, humidity, and contaminated thing, this machine can also process laminated films and post-consumer plastic waste (PCR).
after recycling, these high-quality plastic pellets can be directly put back into the production line.
⭐️ Card Correction ⭐️

One-step simple plastic polythene recycling process! Recycling plastic film scraps in-house not only helps manufacturers to save storage and logistics costs but also saves material costs. Because the pellets recycled from these in-house plastic scraps can directly back to production lines at a certain percentage. For instance, blown film manufacturers can use up to 100% recycled pellets in films for garbage bag production. Perfect one-step solution for waste plastic (polythene bag) recycling plant and polyethylene bag manufacturing plants.
[MACHINE HIGHLIGHTS]
📍 Cutting + Extrusion + Pelletizing
📍 Printed & non-printed films and bags
📍 Simple in design, very easy to install
📍 Fast change between different types of materials
