👉 The monolayer blown film extruder provides a good solution for general packaging products such as T-shirt bags, supermarket bags, flat bags, and many others.
👉 Film width is available from 800 mm to 2300mm and can be customized depending on the customer's requirement.
👉 The specially designed blown film extruder has a good ability for melting and mixing the material with masterbatch /additives.
👉 High precision die head and cooling air ring provide good film thickness control and resistance.
👉 Star-X can produce HDPE/LDPE/ LLDPE films
👉 Star-X is integrated with K-design Air ring by KARAT, the manufacturing company from Germany to provide efficient and productive ways to enhance and boost consumers’ production lines. Besides, the K-design air-ring can maximize the airflow to reduce the thickness variation, and also avoid the frequent cleaning processes.
👉 The air-cooling ring can increase the output capacity by 15% and 75% tolerance compared to standard air rings. Furthermore, this high-performance air-ring provides a higher cooling rate and outstanding control of bubble stability.
