In this video I will show you how to install OctoPrint on your RaspberryPi and then interface PrusaSlicer with your OctoPrint such that you can print directly from the slicer environment in just a few clicks.
This all in one solution improves your 3D printing workflow as you no longer have to keep switching between screens and apps and windows to finally get your print started. The best part is that it is extremely easy to do and you'll be up and running in just a few minutes.
What you'll need:
► RaspberryPi and USB-C power adapter
► OctoPi software (can be found in the Raspberry Pi imaging app):
raspberrypi.com/news/raspberry-pi-imager-imaging-utility
► 8GB MicroSD card... don't forget that you are no longer using the Creality Wifi board in the printer, so you can take that 8GB SD card and use it for your Pi. Free SD card, woo!
► MicroUSB cable to USB-A male
Optional:
► RaspberryPi Camera Module
