I built my own chainsaw mill from scratch to accommodate a longer bar. In this video, I show you how I use this mill and offer tips for efficient operation of the mill.

TIPS:
1. Keep your logs clean
2. Keep your chain sharp
3. Use rails about 2' longer than your logs for cutting the reference slab.
4. Cut reference slabs as a batch
5. Mill downhill if possible
