Oh no! Major road bump. I don't know what to do. This changes everything. Not sure what I will do. I encountered copious amounts of termite damage. The biggest issue is that the damage doesn't seem limited to the sills. It seems to extend up into the wall studs.
I haven't made a decision yet about what to do. The project is on hold for now. Considering Plan B, C, and ZZ. Be sure to weigh in. What do you think?
Thanks for following the project this far. It isn't necessarily the end, but those of you who feel like I have been slacking off on shop projects...I'm back...at least until I get my next wild hair.
