In this DROPS video we show you how to create 3 strands out of 1 strand of yarn.
1. Make a simple loop (like the loop you make when you begin a crochet project) and pull it to approx. 2-3 cm in length.
2. Thread the strand from the skein through this loop, creating a new loop of approx. 40-50 cm.
3. Lay this loop alongside the working strand, so 1 strand becomes 3 strands.
4. Knit or crochet using these 3 strands until there is approx. 2 cm left.
Repeat points 2 to 4.
