This was an 'Awesome' :) project, I'm very happy with the results, I'd love to try a tumbler to see how it might be able to save some time polishing, but it really wasn't too bad because the parts were pretty small. Using a die grinder might be too aggressive, but maybe it would work better on a bigger part with walls which weren't so thin.
A short list to help support this channel, thank you so much for your help!

Rode Wireless ME mic (Saved me about 4+ hours/vid) - amzn.to/3vcMKAr
Mag clip (Super handy, but a little pricy) - amzn.to/3NBFvZe
Zincate was purchased from Caswell, it seems to be one of the only suppliers
pcbway.com (Pricing in USD)
Nylon Sweeper Duct: $7.34
Nylon Base (I paint): $21.85
Alum. Sweeper Duct: $29.27
Alum. Cuttle Duct: $29.27
Alum. DuctyMcDuctFace Duct: $35.66
Resin Silkscreened Base: $230.10 ea.
To save cost, I'd go with a nylon print and instead I'd paint the embossed area by hand, or 3D print a template to help with the painting. Silk-screening one side only would also save a lot of the cost.
