How To Sit The Canter Using Your Seat | In this video I will explain how I use my seat to stay in the saddle in canter. The one thing you do NOT want to do is "sit still" as the seat of the rider is very active when cantering on a horse. How you sit the canter will have a great effect on how balanced you are in the saddle. Cantering on a horse can be a scary experience for some people but if you have an understanding of what you should be doing with your seat you will find it much easier. I show you some cantering tips which will help you find your balance.
