Great Engineering | How to set up the gap sensor on Great Engineering's electric label applicators @GreatEngineering | Uploaded 2 years ago | Updated 3 days ago
This video shows how to set the gap sensor correctly on any of our Great Engineering electric labeling machines.

For front and back (or 'two' labels), it's important to follow the sequence of your labels. If a front label is coming out of the machine first, then it's important to set the wheel of your gap sensor approx. 3-5mm past the leading edge of the next front label.

Likewise, if a back label is presenting first, set your sensor up so the wheel of the gap sensor sits approx. 3-5mm past the leading edge of the next back label.

For single labels, the gap sensor gap sit 3-5mm past the leading edge of any following label.
