This video shows how to set up your rub-down roller so it presses down on your container from the 12 o' clock position.

Not all containers need the use of the rub-down roller, and you can wind it up and out of the way when using the foot pedal/button function, or simply don't pull the handle all the way on top of the container if using a BenchMARK. Glass containers which are filled rarely need the rub-down roller, but may benefit from the extra pressure depending on the label type.

Your rub-down roller will need to be altered between containers of different diameters, but the rule always remains the same - it should come down as close as you can get it to 12 o' clock.
