The gap sensor in Great Engineering electric label applicators will detect the gap between each label and automatically apply one or two labels based on the setting you have chosen.

This sensor can detect a large variety of label materials, as well as transparent label stock with ease.

In this video, we share how the amount of label coming out of the peel plate is determined by where you have placed the gap sensor.

We also explain how it's important to ensure the gap sensor sits on the same label in sequence, for example if the front label is showing, the sensor should sit on the next front label.
