If your Gap Sensor is skipping over labels, this video demonstrates how to increase the tension by bending the tip if the gap sensor.
We recommend starting by bending only 1mm at first, then testing to see if that's enough to catch the edge of your labels, before increasing the adjustment by a further 1mm.
