Cleaning the gap sensor wheel on your BenchMARK, BenchDELUXE or BenchMAX is part of our recommended maintenance.

In this video, we show you how to gently remove and clean the wheel.

You may find you only need to clean the wheel once a year, or once a month, as it depends on the labels you use and if any excess residue is outside the label die-cut.
