Guilt-free boundaries and how to have hard conversations—that's what my guests and I are talking about in today's video.

Some of the biggest conflicts in my personal life grew so big simply because I wasn't good at communicating—my intentions, my concerns, my needs, or maybe the most important part, my boundaries.

So I called on my very dear friends, Elizabeth DiAlto, creator of Wild Soul Movement, author of Untame Yourself, and host of the Truth-Telling podcast, and Alexandra Jamieson, co-creator of the Oscar-nominated documentary Super Size Me and best-selling author of Women, Food, and Desire and co-author of Getting to Hell Yes! (my favorite book of the moment) to chat about just that—how to communicate effectively and with KINDNESS for self and others. I'm so excited about sharing this conversation with you.

Just some of what we're talking about in this video:

✓ How "little white lies" create inner and outer conflict
✓ Why reserving the right to change your mind is at the core of truth-telling
✓ The best way to tell the truth to preserve healthy relationships
✓ The difference between being nice and being kind
✓ How to teach kids how to set boundaries and advocate for themselves
✓ The easy way to figure out if a personal boundary needs to be set or adjusted
✓ Three words to guide the way you express yourself and communicate better
✓ The secret to our healthy friendship
