In this video, I create an Instagram Story to show you how you can sell your books on Instagram, as indie authors, by using your free reader magnet as a gateway to get readers interested in your book series (or standalones) which will eventually lead them to buy the next book. In parts one and two of Instagram Stories for Authors, I went into how you can gain visibility to your Instagram profile and how to start conversations with your followers using IG stories in order to create engagement. Of course, there are more ways than just using your reader magnet to sell your book series on Instagram Stories, and I do share a few of those on this video as well. I use the reader magnet as an example because it will probably be the first one you ever make to utilize the purpose of your reader magnet as it will attract people to your mailing list as well.
