In this video, I update you on the Amazon (AMS) ad I made with the intention of improving sales. It didn't do great, so I run through some theories and take this opportunity to give a tutorial on how to create your first Amazon Sponsored Ad with automatic targeting.
What does it take to get good at making AMS ads? (Amazon Marketing Services)
In this video, I share my amazon dashboard and show why my ads are failing and how given what I've learned, how I intend to fix them. I talk about Dave Chesson, author of Kindlepreneur's Publisher Rocket and his course on Amazon Ads for books, as well as give a mention to authors like Adam Croft, and his book Writing Killer Hooks and Blurbs, and Brian Meekes's book Mastering Amazon Ads.
Amazon Ads for authors is the next step you want to take for marketing your books. Whether you have books published that are doing well, or not so well. Using Amazon Marketing Services is a great way for your book to find new readers, especially if you're not very social, or just don't have the time to be posting in social media. AMS ads are also a great way to get boosts in rankings, and then get shown to more potential readers with the 'also bought' recommendations. I plan on updating you each time I see success in an ad, as well as if I make a mistake so that you can see what I'm doing, and avoid the mistakes I make while learning from the good.
