If your Samsung Galaxy camera is automatically adding the date and time to newly captured photos, you can turn off the related Watermark setting in the Camera app. The date and time can be part of the camera watermark, along with other information such as the phone model, depending on the available settings.
Open the Camera app and go to Camera Settings. Look for Watermark and open its settings. If Date and time is enabled, turn it off. If you do not want any watermark information on new photos, you can disable the Watermark feature completely.
After changing the setting, take a new test photo and open it in Gallery to confirm that the date and time text is no longer being added.
Important: changing the Watermark setting normally affects new photos. If the date and time text has already been permanently added to an existing photograph, turning off the setting will not automatically remove it. You may need to use a compatible photo-editing or object-removal tool to edit an existing image. Keep the original photo before making changes.
