The cost of Mounjaro and Ozempic/Wegovy is pretty high, so some people turn to lyophilized (dry powder) generic versions of Tirzepatide and Semaglutide. Here is how to safely add the necessary bacteriostatic water, and how to draw the last dose from a bottle.
I don't cover the ratios to use in this video, but generally you can add 1-2ml of water, your choice. There are no hard rules on this. My preference is to use 1ml in a 5mg vial that I will dose at 2.5 each time. For a 10mg vial I put in 2ml so my 2.5 dose stays the same (50 units or 0.5ml, 0.5cc). For higher doses, you would use less water. Ideally so that each injection is between 25 units and 50 units. Now that I'm on the maximum dose, I use 1ml in a 30mg vial so that each injection is 50u with a dose of 15mg.

Update: On some vials, particularly those from QSC, the top may not properly detach from the aluminum band. See this video on how to fix the problem: youtu.be/t7aZKZ86J7o
