If you click “opt + cmd + K” (or “ctrl + alt + K” on PC), you will open the Keyboard Shortcuts window. Here, search for “Move keyframe”.
Now, when you click next to a command until the background turns black, you can type in a shortcut for that specific command.
I have “cmd + 3” to move the keyframe one frame back and “cmd + 4” to move the keyframe one frame forward.
Then, I have “cmd + 2” to move it 10 frames back and “cmd + 5” to move it 10 frames forward.
Click “OK” to save and there you go!
